With ever increasing legislation many buildings now require compliance with Construction [ Design & Management] Regulations as failure to comply could lead to criminal proceedings. Advice is given on aspects of compliance with CDM Regulations together with best practice at work. The Health and Safety Executive are keen to promote safety in the work place and building and renovation sites are particularly targeted.
