This is a totally independent service to which various problems relating to residential property may be appealed subject to the dispute coming within the Tribunal's jurisdiction. The Service includes the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and the Rent Assessment Panel.
Robin Michelmore is a serving member of the RPTS and although he cannot represent clients before a Tribunal of which he is a member, guidance may be given upon problematic issues.
